Our aim is to assist you by being an extension of your internal recruiting department.  We won’t constantly interrupt your day calling about open needs, but we will contact you immediately when we have a great candidate who is interested in working for your facility.  Based on your situation at the time, you can determine whether you would like to move forward and review the candidate, or pass.  Either way, you can always count on having first right of refusal when you have a need.
