We use our Candidate Information Survey to collect information about your preferences in searching for a new position so that we don't approach you about opportunities that you are not interested in. If you complete the survey prior to speaking with your Relient Health recruiter for the first time, he or she will already have an idea of what you are looking for when you speak, and you can actually spend your time discussing actual opportunities with your recruiter, instead of spending time answering questions about your preferences.
Completing the survey is easy. It takes less than five minutes to complete, and there is nothing to print, fax, or email. Once you enter your information you can click the submit button, and your survey will be in the hands of your recruiter automatically. We use our Skills Checklist to collect information about your specific skill level so that we can share this information with all clients that we present your resume to. Through skills assessment surveys and reference checking, we are able to influence the outcome of the interview process when our clients are interviewing multiple candidates for the same position.
Most recruiters will collect this information when an offer is pending, but our approach is different. We believe that a couple of good references and a thoughtful skills checklist can influence the hiring manager's decision before offer time, thus giving you a competitive advantage over other candidates who might be interviewing for the same opportunity at the same time.

Nothing can do more harm to your job search than bad references. As part of our process we collect reference information for all candidates that are submitted to our client contacts. If a hiring manager is trying to decide between two similarly experienced candidates, he is she will almost always choose the candidate who has references completed prior to an offer, and we collect this information to give our hiring managers yet another reason to choose you for the position versus another candidate.
